Welcome to Rabbit Hole, operated by Burrowly ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to Rabbit Hole, including Burrows, Collections, sources, notes, and files. By posting public content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make that content available to other users through the Service.
Private content (non-public Burrows, notes, flashcards, DMs) is never shared, sold, or exposed to other users except as directed by you (e.g., adding a collaborator).

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscription pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. When Stripe billing is active, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
The Service integrates third-party AI models (including Google Gemini). AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
If you provide your own API key (BYOK), you are solely responsible for the costs incurred through that key and must comply with the provider's terms of service.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of Burrowly and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURROWLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Utah, USA. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
